The Education Community Regions organise regionally based activities and projects focused on addressing the needs of teachers specific to their national education systems. Many of the activities are organised in partnership with other organisations.
In addition, the Community awards thirteen prizes: ten Excellence for Education prizes and three Horizon Prizes for Education.
