I am a Colour Chemist by background with 24 years鈥� experience leading, managing and delivering product development projects and programmes, initially as a technical project leader in following areas:
- Development of metallic pigments, inks and paints
- FMCG products development (polishes, cleaning products, air-fresheners)
Then in general project management in the following areas:
- OTC pharmaceuticals development (Cold& Flu / Upper Respiratory Tract / Digestive Health /Pain-Relief products)
- Medical devices (eye, personal care and contraceptives)
- Self-diagnostic medical devices
My specific fields of expertise in the highlighted application areas are:
- Innovation strategy and development programme development
- Setting up, planning, execution and problem solving for complex development projects
- People coaching and training in the area of technical project leadership and project management, and general organisational project management capability development
- Design and implementation of business process change projects in areas such as product innovation, product maintenance, and organisational integration.
