We are aware of phishing emails targeting speakers of events whose names appear on our events pages. If you are unsure if an email regarding event registration or accommodation has come from us please contact us and do not provide any credit card details or personal information.

The Events Team office will be closed from Thursday 24 December 2025 until Monday 5 January 2026. You can still submit during this period but we will not be available to respond to enquiries or authorise listings until the week of our return.

Introduction
The isolation of HIV 25 years ago has transformed modern virology. Shock waves spread to immunology, microbial pathogenesis and clinical trials that drove both discovery and methodologis. Inexorably HIV has become the reference in virology. Rather than reflect on this HIV revolution, there will be a little, the meeting looks towards cutting edge research from structures to vaccines
