Showcasing women’s leadership in science, technology, health, and innovation.​

Topics:
What is research and why it matters.
Women’s contributions to Indian and global research.
Navigating research careers, mentorship, and work–life balance.

Aims and objectives:
Motivate students to pursue research careers for national development and global sustainability.​
Build confidence, networks, and support systems for women and youth in science.​

Who can participate:
Undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Research scholars, early-career researchers, and faculty from all disciplines.​

Registration details:
Registration is mandatory; Early bird registration limited seats on a first-come, first-served basis until 31st December, 2025.
Standard registration will be until 10th January, 2026.

Program structure:
Inauguration, Speaker’s talks, Oral and poster presentations
Q&A, mentoring interactions, and feedback session, High tea

Social events:
Informal networking over breakfast/tea to connect students, researchers, and faculty.​
Group photo, pledge for gender-equitable research spaces, and informal mentoring huddles.​

Call for papers:
Inviting limited oral and poster papers presentation on youth in research and women in science-led nation building.​

E-Abstract submission:
E-Abstract (120–200 words) outlining theme relevance, key ideas, and expected outcomes.​
Submission via email/online form by a notified deadline; acceptance intimation before the event.​
